Weigh Modules and Weighing Assemblies are used for tank weighing, hopper weighing, conveyor scales, scale conversion. Compression weigh modules are designed to be installed under the legs of tanks, mounting lugs, or support beams of a structure. The weight that is being measured compresses the weigh module’s load cell, causing a change in output signal.

The WM-I Weighing Module is designed to utilize single ended shear beams for tank and hopper weighing. The module ia avaliable in either mild steel or stainless steel. The cell is loaded through a rod and spherical washer assembly that protects the cell from side load included errors caused by thermal expansion on the tank or hopper. The assembly is designed for use with the Artech 30310 and 30210CBM shear beams but can be provided to accommodate the Artech SS30510, which is a direct replacement for the HBM-BLC

The WM-II Weighing Module is designed to utilize double ended shear beams for tank and hopper weighing. The module is avaliable in either mild steel or stainless steel. The cell is loaded through a collar assembly that "locks" the tank or hopper to the weigh module, thereby eliminating the need for check rods in most applications. The WM-II is designed for use with the Artech 70210 or SS70210 load cells, but can be provided to accommodate the Artech 70310, a direct replacement for the Sensortronics 65058.
